The final consolidated ratings have been released for Extremis, rising from the 5.27 million viewers that watched Oxygen to 5.53 million viewers.
The episode saw a rise of 1.37 million viewers via catch-up after receiving 4.16 million viewers on initial broadcast. The final rating is the second lowest of the series behind Oxygen. Extremis placed 20th for week in terms of individual episodes with Doctor Who being the 8th most watched individual show.
The average ratings for the series stand at 5.8m, should the trend continue it would be the lowest rated series of the post-2005 run, an unwanted record held by Series 9 with a 6.16m average.

They fuss about it being the lowest rated series but do they take into consideration BBC America and later Netflix/Amazon? Doesn’t mean it sucks or people haven’t seen it.

This is a shame. Series 10 has IMHO had some cracking stories. The overall standard is probably the best for a long time.
