Gareth David-Lloyd Announced For Con Kasterborous


Con Kasterborous, the North Alabama Doctor Who convention, has announced that Gareth David-Lloyd will be amongst its guests.

Gareth David-Lloyd is best know to Doctor Who fans for his role in its spin-off series Torchwood where he played Ianto Jones. The character also appeared in the Series Four finale episodes The Stolen Earth/Journey’s End before his demise when Torchwood returned for its third season with the Children Of Earth miniseries. The actor’s current projects include the film I Am Alone and as the narrator of the audio drama Enoch The Traveler.

The convention, taking place the 28th and 29th of June in Huntsville, will be welcoming the Torchwood actor alongside its previously announced guests including seventh Doctor actor Sylvester McCoy, script editor for that era Andrew Cartmel, IDW comic artist Kelly Yates and noted fan author and video editor Lady Soliloque (and who is also the creator of Enoch The Traveler).
